We met Donna at a perfect time when we just started our home purchase process. We were living in Waterloo at the time and wanted to purchase a house in Quad Cities area. We could go to the QC only during weekends (it's a 2.5 hr drive from Waterloo) to find out where we wanted to build our dream home. She is a thorough professional who understood our interests, situation and valued our time; so she got our appointments scheduled with different builders throughout the day. We were able to finalize a lot of decisions over a very few trips. She even made time for us to help us pick the flooring. She would even remember even the tiniest details that we wanted in our custom home even though she has a number of clients.
She always responded to our texts or calls or emails ASAP. She is very knowledgeable and always provides us with good information. Donna gave us great recommendations/ suggestions for a number of things throughout the process like for landscaping, flooring, lenders, cabinets, paint colors, etc. All her recommendations did quality work at a great price for us and we loved them! Our experience with Donna has only been exceptional to work with and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her if you are looking for a realtor.
